Goal
Preparing a scientific publication about the presentations and submitted articles.

The easiest way is to type the name and email address of the author(s) on the registration link, and send the abstract in printable form in english by 2026.04.12.
Registration cost: 5000,-Ft
Based on the submitted abstracts, the organizing committee decides who will be invited to the conference as a speaker in which section, and who will have their article published only in the publication.
The organizing committee will invite the best 30 authors, and they will be able to present their work in their section after paying a participation fee. The presentation material can be prepared in the format of
an article and presentation, a poster and presentation, or a film and presentation.
The completed publications must be submitted electronically by April 15, 2026, and the participation fees must be transferred to the foundation’s account by April 19.
The presentation materials will be rated by the organizing committee of the given section.
Evaluation
The first 5 works will be announced by the Organizing Committee and 3 of them will be nominated for the Csindra Award.

The best presented articles will be invited to be published in a special issue of the University of Miskolc’s Production Systems and Information Engineering journal.

The other authors will receive a certificate of participation in the conference..
Authors who submit a paper but are not invited to the conference by the Organizing Committee can follow the events via video conference and will receive an electronic certificate of participation.
The foundation allows external Institutions, Organizations, Companies or Individuals to offer additional awards and provide unique evaluation criteria. These may be presented as special awards.
Award ceremony
The top 3 winners will win a special prize: aticket to the Gala Ball, and will receive their prize in a ceremonial setting at the Foundation Ball.

If anyone would like to participate in the Foundation Ball from 19:00, they must support the Csindra Foundation with a donation of at least 25 thousand HUF by 2026.04.19 at the latest.
